Main Lodge
Luxury Lodging includes a stay in our beautifully renovated 1800’s German home with 18 inch thick limestone walls. Multiple other housing units makes Headwaters Ranch a great hunting and fishing retreat for families or corporate meetings.

Hilltop Lodge
The Hilltop Lodge is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom stone home that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It offers an indoor and outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and pool. This spacious home offers an array of amenities and bedrooms.

The Apartment
Located near the main lodge at Headwaters Ranch, this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom comfortably sleeps 6 people with spacious bedrooms and a full kitchen and a tv in the living room.

Cabin in the Woods
This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom comfortably sleeps 4 people and offers two kitchenettes with two tub/shower bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and the serenity of your surroundings.

We encourage you to use our contact form and provide the dates you’d like to book your hunting experience and number of people in your party. If you prefer to stay in one of our specific lodges or cabins, you can specify those details and our management team will respond back within two business days.

• To reserve your trophy hunt dates, a 50% deposit of the Total Hunt Cost is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable & secures your place on the calendar.
• Remaining 50% balance due no later than one month prior to your scheduled hunt date. This payment is also non-refundable.
• Non-hunting guests are welcome to join and observe for a $1,000 non-refundable discounted observer rate, due at the time of booking.

Yes, pending availability. Please use our contact form to inquire which lodges and dates you are desiring to book and our management will provide you with confirmation of availability.

An onsite chef will prepare three meals daily. Our accommodations include a full kitchen with all kitchen supplies as well.

Cancellation Policy:
We do have a non-refundable cancellation policy. If plans change and you need to cancel, payments cannot be refunded.
For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip insurance (such as Allianz) to cover unexpected life events.
