• We do have a non-refundable cancellation policy. If plans change and you need to cancel, payments cannot be refunded. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip insurance (such as Allianz) to cover unexpected life events.

• Trophy Fee Adjustments: If you harvest an animal that is significantly larger than the animal reserved, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Any difference is due at the conclusion of the hunt. Trophy fees reflect animal cost only.

• Wounded or Unrecovered Animals: Any wounded or unrecovered animal is considered harvested and subject to the full harvested fee. Every reasonable effort will be made to recover wounded animals.

• Quick Note on Expectations: We’re proud of our strong success rate and customer satisfaction. However, we do not guarantee a harvest. Our experienced guides will work hard to put you on the animal you’re after, and the rest is up to you. That being said, hunting is not killing—weather, wildlife movement, and nature itself are unpredictable, and that challenge is what makes a true hunt so rewarding. These are fair-chase, free-range hunts.

• Prices do not include gun rental, ammo, gratuity, airport transport or hunting license.

• Rifles, bows, crossbows & handguns allowed (advance notice required). Extra gear may be available upon advanced request.

• Texas Parks & Wildlife hunting license required; non-residents may purchase a 5-day special license. Go to https://tpwd.texas.gov to purchase your license.

• Alcohol is not served or permitted during hunts or in any public areas of the Ranch.

• Check-in at 1:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am
